Filters and hood system cleaning is a dirty job, but with the Power Tub, you can guarantee your draining is safe and legal.

After the cleaning process you are left with gallons of caustic water and grease emulsion. The EPA mandates the pH of the waste water must be between 8 to 10 before it’s drained or pumped away by the Power Tub.   

In order to reduce the pH of the waste water a neutralizer must be added. A major advantage of the Power Tub is that it can recirculate the waste stream on-board, the neutralizer is thoroughly mixed in the waste water, the pH is reduced and your drain is compliant with the regulations.  Its that easy.
